CUT TO REQUIERED LENGHT

At Filto Profiles we are able to adjust the cut of the brass profiles to your needs for the optimization of the material which helps you reduce your costs. With a rigorous quality control of both the required measure and to make sure there are no burrs we can cut from small pieces up to 6 meters length.

CALIBRATED/DRAWING

Filto Profiles offers the possibility of making your profiles calibrated if you need a high precision profile with very tight tolerances and with specific mechanical properties. Our calibrating line is complemented by the straightening line and the stress relieving furnace, which together guarantee precise, straight and machinable calibrated brass profiles.

HEAT TREATMENT

Filto Profiles offers the possibility of carrying out heat treatment to the profiles to modify their mechanical properties with our high-capacity annealing furnace. Depending on the alloy of your brass profile and your requirements, the temperature of the furnace and the heating time are adjusted to meet your needs.

SPECIAL MACHINING

Working with Filto Profiles saves you both time and money as we can offer the possibility of
machining your profiles in our facilities.
We have a line to drill the profiles with and without countersinks.
We have a line to punch the profiles
As well as a multitude of extra processes such as perforating, bevelling or chamfering.

SPECIAL CUT

At Filto Profiles, we offer custom cutting with a special finish, to the required grades, arrow cut and always adjusting the cut of the brass profile to your needs for the optimization of the material to be used. We can cut from small pieces up to 6 meters. With a rigorous quality control, both of the required measure and to guarantee that there are no burrs.
