CuZn37 is the most popular brass lead-free alloy; with α brass structure and possibly also containing a small amount of β phase. It shows favourable corrosion resistance to fresh water and is highly suitable for cold and hot formed parts. 

Top Applications and best use are for Simple shape Profiles, Fashion Accessories, Electrical Components and Musical Instruments components.
The Alloy has a bronze colour and is generally supplied as extruded / as manufactured.
